13m dd started throwing up only in bed?

For the past 3 out of 4 nights dd (13 months) has suddenly projectile vomited mountains of sick in bed about 4 hours after going down. After this she is fine and goes back to sleep with no problems and sleeps solid until morning.

She's lactose intolerant and has been on the same formula since a few months old. She still has a bottle for bed however this is not what she's throwing up. (It's like water only slightly orange and with the occasional lump).

This she hasn't eaten solid food since 4pm and then vomited at 1.30am. (She's just started nursery and is getting slightly more than normal to eat so was hoping she'd previously just been too full. Apparently not the case).
Yesterday morning after being sick in the night her nappy was almost bone dry too.

Any ideas?
I should also mention that she's currently suffering a very serious nappy rash which we have special cream of the dr. Causing her a lot of pain.

Is she snotty? Could be post nasal drip making her gag? My ds was like that with colds at that age...
