Moles appearing on 6 yr old

Hi my dd1 , 6yrs, has a collection of 8 miles that have just appeared on the side if her face. Is this something I should be worried about? Go to GP about? I don't want to make a big thing about them or make her self conscious of them if it is nothing to worry about. Any advice/ experience of this??

How strange - just noticed last week that my 5 year old DD has 4 little moles that have just appeared on her cheek right next to her hair line. I wonder what it is?
