Hi my dd1 , 6yrs, has a collection of 8 miles that have just appeared on the side if her face. Is this something I should be worried about? Go to GP about? I don't want to make a big thing about them or make her self conscious of them if it is nothing to worry about. Any advice/ experience of this??
