Possible chicken pox?

ds (3yo) has a a cold for the past couple of days, now he has a rash and a white spot in his nappy area??

"has had a cold"

The first sign you usually find it is on the torso and it look like they've been bit by an insect, then later it turn into a water blister. is it just the one?

How is he now?

He was absolutely fine. It was just a spotty bum
