Hi. DS has temp/runny nose since yesterday evening and developed a barking cough this afternoon, keeps waking as coughing is bad and he is gagging now when coughing gets bad. I have being giving him calpol/nurofen but every time he coughs he is crying - saying 'sore/owh'. Symptoms sound like croup- is there anything I can do to ease sore throat - honey?, pain relief not working. Any advice appreciated - heartbreaking to have him crying in pain....
