Wee bitey looking bumps on DSs hands and feet

They look like small, red pimples on the back and palms of his hands and on the top of his feet. Nothing anywhere else. He says that they are itchy.

He had one yesterday, but many more today.

We haven't changed soaps, detergents or anything else I can think of.
