Yellow snotty sick

Hi,
My 15 week old is a very sicky baby which has never been a problem. The last few mornings, when she's spit up after her first feed it has been a snotty yellow. The rest of the day it's been normal again and she is quite snuffly first thing. Is it just clearing the snot from her throat? How can I help her stop being snuffly first thing?
Many thanks x

Could she have an infection? Have you discussed the amount of vomit and this new change with your GP?

She seems absolutely fine in herself. The GP/hv have never been bothered about her sickiness; she's just one of those babies and has gained weight really well. It's literally the first time she is sick after her morning feed and then is normal the rest of the day.
