Sore eyes mummy!

Dd is 2.5yo and has for the last few days been complaining about having sore eyes. They look slightly bloodshot but otherwise fine.

Do you think it warrants a dr appointment or wait and see approach? Confused

it could be hayfever but ds gets it bad and he's been fine - in fact i've stopped his meds this week.
