Dd (2.5) has started blinking excessively especially when watching tv etc. I think it may just be a habit but would like to get her eye's tested just in case. How on earth do they do an eye test on a little person?

some opticians may see them at that age but I was referred via the hv when dd started squinting at 18months. She was referred to the orthoptist at the local hospital and ended up with glasses for long sight.

Ask health visitor or gp for orthotic referral , they will do tests like matching pictures , reflex tests etc to check.
