Temp and dizzyness

9yr old ds was complaining of most of yesterday. Made sure he was getting plenty to drink which seemed to help at first but later temp spiked to 104. Came back down with ibruprofen but going back up to 100/102 when meds run out. Says he feels dizzy and stuff looks like its moving when he stands up or walks. Weird virus or something more serious?

I'd take him to get checked, probably is a virus but some viruses can be serious. Also are his sinuses blocked? I feel a bit like this when I have sinusitis.
