day 5 with Chicken pox

as most of her pox are scabbed over but the two on her fingers is still red raw around the edges and ready to explode!! im not jokin as it looks like septic poxs and so big about same as a half a pea!.....

do i just wait for it to scab over??

Do they look infected? If so, apply antiseptic cream.

If not, wait. What else are you going to do?

im on day 7 and just got 2 more poxs to scab over which is on her finger which is going down as it was like a pea. is it still contagious?? as i thought i have to wait for the very last pox to scab over before i can go out. Docs said its the first 5 days its contagious....im getting abit confused!

Barely any of DC ever scabbed over. Same for all of DC & me too, when I got it. The pox sort of deflated & faded away slowly. I gave up on Day 5 & assumed we could go out again.
