Premature thelarche?

Took DD aged 2 to the doctors today to show her her 'boobs'. She appears to be budding, but with no other signs of premature sexual maturation. She's referring us to see a paed at our hospital but didn't say much more than "It's probably just hormonal' and asking me if I'm still B/f (which I'm not). Does anyone have any experience with this? What can we expect? Trying not to worry too much
Thanks

Yes.

My daughter (now 3) had this quite severely and we were referred for an ultrasound and full blood tests. Then it just went away. Most odd. She probably jas it from 18m - 2 1/2yrs.

Thanks redwelly - from what I can gather it seems fairly benign and like you say, just goes in the end.
