Can anyone help please - thuja 30c dose question

I wonder if anyone can help. I am about to start thuja tablets for my DS who has a wart under his fingernail. Does anyone know what the dose should be please/what worked for you?

my ds took one 3 times a day until they disappeared, we also had a tincture to put directly on his verrucas
