I'm worried about my dd who is 2. She has been drinking lots of fluids today but didn't have a heavy nappy at all when I went to change her. I'm worried as we r in Spain, it's very hot and I don't want her in any pain. I've seen her sit on the floor twice and wince and if I ask her if her wee hurts she says no. She seems fine in herself, no temps, nothing. Not sure what to do.
