should i be worried

my 10 month old started with a rash yesterday just on her belly and her back but this morning i notice it as spread to her arms and legs she doesn't have a temp but she is very grummy, she as just started teething with her first tooth, could the rash be because she is teething or should i be worried that it is something eles

Without seeing the rash it is difficult to comment on it.
Many things can cause a rash,..could be a heat rash or a reaction to something the clothes have been washed in - or to a new soap?

You can only keep an eye on it and ask for help should a temperature develop or your baby gets lethargic?
