Spots on DD??

DD (21 months) has about 8 spots on her legs, one on her cheek and a couple on her arm.

They don't seem like bites or chicken pox as they are very small and quite raised, almost like little pimples.

any idea what they are?

I posted something similar about a spotty botty (got zero answers).

I think the ones on my DD are due to the heat (she does get warm even when shes only wearing pants, its so humid).
It could just be that.

BTW, they could also be blocked pores (my DD also suffers with this).

my son has similar spots (And keeps getting sent home from Nursery with suspected Chicken Pox!) but the doctor says probably a heat rash or a reaction to a plant.
