Heat rash

Hi all, my little Freddie has heat rash all over (including under his nappy). I know it's hot and he is a little hot bot anyway but it suddenly came Sunday (even thought it's been soo hot for days and days). I have tried cool baths, laying on a cotton towel and even putting a loose fitting 100% cotton T-shirt on (Mum's suggestion) but he just gets too hot! It doesn't seem to be bothering him but it's bothering me :( Any ideas of what else I can try? I have the doors open (not much breeze) and a fan (not directly on him) on in the living room in the day and in the bedroom at night!
Thanks :)

Hi, my lo has a little heat rash on his chest and back at the moment and I've found he's most comfortable in just his nappy in this weather so that's what we're going for! I was worried about the rash but doctor has said if its not bothering him don't let it bother you and it will clear up in its own time! It sounds like you're already doing everything you can to keep him cool so don't worry :-)
