Dd has had a temp up and down between about 37.7 and 39 since yesterday pm. She has not been sick, she has had a normal poo and wet nappy (I should explain at this point that although she is 5 she is still in nappies as she is non verbal and potential ASD)
Due to her being non verbal she can't tell me where (if at all) it hurts but doesn't seem to be in any pain. She is a bit off her food but has nibbled on a few biscuits and some crisps. She is sipping water.
She is lying down on the sofa in just her nappy with a fan on her.
Is this just a virus that will pass or has anybody any other ideas?
