8 month old DD has had gastroenteritis, she's over it now but DH and I both have it! DH is of course dying and beyond useless so I am having to crack on whilst feeling like death warmed up! Please help me through the day, what can I do with DD whilst be recover? Can she catch it back again? It's going to be a long old day today!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Poor you :-(
I remember when my lb was about 13 months & I had a terrible sickness bug.Its so hard!!! My oh was at work all the time as we couldn't afford for him to be off.
I don't know if your daughter can catch it back again but hopefully not.Drink plenty of fluids & sleep when she sleeps.Cant offer much advice but you will get through it.I am on my own with my lb & I got through it & you wil too!
Hope your feeling better :)

Go to bed with lots of toys for her and do as little as possible.

I don't think she can catch it back again.
