What you go to the doc for this?

Both dd (2) and ds (6months) had green gunk coming out of their ears last week and were given antibiotics by doc. Gunk has gone and they have cheered up but yesterday dd said her ear hurt though she didn't seem ill and is liable to just repeat what you have said to her and today ds was tugging his ear an a bit of a temp (though may be teething). Do you think ear infection could still be problem even though gunk gone and antibiotics finished and should I take to GP? I can get appt tomorrow or would have to wait until Mon. We are having a garden party on the weekend and I'd like both kids to be on good form as well, of course, as not wanting them to be in pain.

I'd definitely take them. Better to be safe. The doctor won't mind, after all, that's what they are there for.
