Chicken pox - when is a scab a scab?

DD has chicken pox, she has had it for about a week now.

She's not got any new spots this morning (thank goodness) but I was wondering what counts as "scabbing over" some of her blisters have what looks like a yellow crust on them, were as others have proper little red scabs on them, I was just wondering at what point does she become no longer contagious and can start seeing her friends again.

Thanks
