Strawberry mark bleeding

DD2 (22mo) has a strawberry mark just above her collarbone. In the heat last night she must have scratched it because ther was dried blood all over it and her neck. Not much but a little bit.

What treatment should I be giving it? A little savlon cream is all I've used, but I ran a search on MN and see the suggestion that I should be putting vaseline on it daily? I've never done anything to it so far.

DS had one of these on his hand the doctor said it should cause no problems but sometimes it can get infected and a bit swollen if that happens best to see the doctor. Just keep an eye on it.

DS's strawberry mark has now completely gone no trace of it at all he is 6.
