DD has Chicken pox, am I infectious as well?

That's it really - I had it as a child according to my mother. DD has just come out in spots today so am aware she is at most infectious. Am supposed to be helping out at an NCT event tonight and I know there will be pregnant ladies and possibly newborns. Obviously don't want to risk infecting anyone.

Am I a carrier though even if I have had it? NHS websites seem to suggest I could be infectious too but NHS direct said I'm not. Any GPs or other HCP's out there?

TIA

If you have definitely had it before then you will NOT be infectious now.

Defiantly not, if you have had it before

You can get chickenpox more than once, so there is a risk you could be infectious, but it must be a v small one.
