Hiya ladies, just wondered if anyone had advice on my sons eye problem.

About a month ago GP visit for bloodshot/blistered eye and referred to eye casualty (possibly from sand irritation a week previous). They prescribed chloramphenicol cream and check in four days to which we got given drops which were easier to put in.

It improved but didn't really go fully I could see small blisters and a film like covering on the white of the eye when feeding him. Back to GP last week, referral again, three hour wait to be told wait for paediatric clinic letter grrrrr!!!!!

Should I be worried his eyes haven't cleared up. They are not giving any discharge and I can see they are not right but when every doc tries to look they can't see it :(

Any experience of this would be appreciated x

Are you bf? Try putting some bmilk in his eye. It's supposed to be fantastic for eye infections.
