Sounds like a virus though stomach pain can sometimes be glands up fighting a viral or bacterial infection.

How high is temp and is it responding to meds?

Doesn't sound overly concerning just make sure she's drinking plenty.

Could be constipated if tummy hurts

Temp is 38.5. Ibuprofen bringing it down. Calpol isn't. Has two ulcers in mouth and face looks puffy. Gp suggested cpox. No spots but friend of his who played with about 10 days ago has it. Will take to walk in gp if not better in morn-unless covered in spots!

Mumps?
On the other hand sounds like something my two had a few weeks ago. Hot with tummy ache. It wiped them out for a few days [in relay of course for most inconvenience!]. Odd illness that caused me concern but both got over it so I guess virus.
