DS (2 years) threw up some of his milk earlier. Since them his temp keeps spiking up to 38 and then a few mins later it'll be 34! This has happened a few times in last hour. his tummy clearly wants to be sick again as i can feel it contracting. He's v lethargic and refusing medicine. He was fine today. He had a small temp yday for about 10 mins and was fine after.

He's now asleep on me. Any ideas?
