Multi surface cleaning wipes used on dd by mistake

I left my 3 month old for first time with a family member today, got back to an upset baby, turns out she has used waitrose multi surface cleaning wipes on her private areas by mistake instead of pampers ones by the changing mat. I had left the others in the room after wiping down the changing mat.

The area looks red and burnt, I have bathed her, put nappy cream on but now 4 hrs later still red. What should I do?

If you're worried, call NHD Direct and see what they say. It could be nothing but sounds as though you're doing all the right things (to me)
