Femoral anteversion - advice please!

Dd2 (nearly 7) has femoral anteversion, first diagnosed when she was about two and a half due to constant, tripping over her own feet, falling over, grazes upon grazes, really obvious turn in her legs from her hips etc.

We were referred for physiotherapy and the basic advice was - no W sitting, plenty of pedalling and she will grow out of it. No exercises were given.

Now she is almost seven and not much has changed. In fact she seems to be getting a little worse and others have recently commented on her walking. I think I am very used to it now so to me it is 'normal'. She is started to fall quite a bit too. Also her shoes are really worn on the inside. So much so they are unwearable after about four months despite still being her size. She is starting to stand a little bit John Wayne-style which I have not noticed before.

Given her age will the advice still be 'watch and wait'? Any help would be welcome - all I have read on the dreaded google search seems to point to an operation, which is the last thing I want.
