Hi I posted this question in chat and got a couple of good responses but wondered if anyone here could tell me anything?
My DD was born with a tiny, flat pale brown freckle on her arm. She is now 14 months and as she has grown so has the freckle, to what I would now call a birthmark. It is now around a third of the width of her arm, a slightly darker colour and is now raised instead of flat.
It this normal behaviour for birthmarks, do they usually change? I was advised on the other thread to have it checked out by GP which I will just for peace of mind but wondered in the meantime if anyone could tell me anything or if anyone has any experience of birthmarks changing.
