He's been suffering from nappy rash lately and my dh had a look at his penis and when gently moving the foreskin we could see that the tip of his glans is very red and sore looking.
It doesn't seem to hurt him to pee and I'm concerned about investigating too much as I know you're not supposed to pull the foreskin back. Should I take him to the doctor on Monday or would just gently moving the foreskin to make sure we're rinsing it with clean water be enough?
He's 18mo if that's relevant at all
