Carpet burn on DS (6mo)

He's just started commando crawling and he's now sporting a carpet burn on his arm/wrist, what should I put on it? I was thinking metanium?!

My DS had a carpet burn on his head once Confused. he head dived off sofa...I used Sudocrem but it cleared up quickly.

Thanks I put metanium on it before bed and sudocrem yesterday morning (I thought this was better in case he licked it off) and its better now :)
