Small lumps on toddlers head

Hello,

My 18 month year old has developed small lumps on the side of his forehead.

This started about a week ago and there seem to be more appearing.

My wife and I have booked him into the Doctor but that's not for a couple of days and I'm worried (hopefully over nothing).

Any have anything similar?

In case anyone was wondering, or their child has same symptoms:
Doctor - "Nothing to worry about, skin rash"

Gave us some cream and we was out the door.
