black seeds, mucous newborn poo question

Hi sorry for the tmi but 4 week old dd has had mucous and black seeds in her poo today. Both my DS have milk intolerance but I thought DD was ok as she breastfed fine until last Friday and hasn't had any obvious discomfort from switching to formula (I had to switch due to medication I'm taking but was able to do 3 weeks of breastfeeding without meds).

Her poo is always seedy not changed consistency really from being breastfed. Please help me decipher her poo if possible, HV coming in the morning, does it sound allergy related. I thought black seeds meant blood higher up the digestive tract, worrying she's in pain and I haven't realised. TIA x

I would add though in terms of being in pain I think she would make it clear. That's not to say its definitely not something that needs checking out but if she is otherwise alert and well I'd expect her to cry and/or fuss if she was in pain.

DD1 did this when I switched to formula, she was fine.
