My DS is 2.2, he has a pronounced in-toeing gait. He's seen NHS Physio, she's given us a couple of exercises (eg jump like a frog), told us to get him to stop sitting back on his legs/feet (he did all the time) and signed him off, said it was partly in the hips and partly the way uis legs had grown, said most children outgrow it by the time they're 3. This was a few months ago and if anything it seems to be getting worse.
We haven't been great with the exercises tbh
but we have tried to keep him as active as possible, take him swimming once a week, stop him sitting that way. I'm just wondering if I should be seeing some sort of private Physio/osteopath for regular manipulation? I do have private health insurance for him through my work.
