Ds2 is 4 and has been ill recently.
He does not eat meat or fish (we are not veggie, me just doesn't like them)
He is slightly anaemic and I want to put him on an iron supplement.
He (usually) eats lots of fruit and veg.

Has he not been prescribed something? Much cheaper than buying supplements!

I've found Floradix excellent for me when needing an iron boost and they have a kids version I think. Also doesn't cause constipation which some prescription iron supplements can do.

Spatone is pretty good too - just put bit in juice in the morning and he won't notice.
