clicking joints in dd

At dd's 12 month review, the health visitor asked if i have noticed her joints clicking at all. At the time i hadnt so i said no. But now dd is 13 months old, i have started noticing the odd click in her shoulders and on the odd occasion her hips. Has anyone ever experienced this? If it carries on i'll take her to the gp.

no but saving my place here as my 9 month old has clicking shoulders.
do you know why HV asked?

No i didnt ask why, i should have really but didnt think of it at the time, just said no. I hope its not anything to concerning.
