DS (8) has rough bumpy skin on his upper arms - not pimples but rough red bumps. He does bathe and uses a scrubby cloth to buff the skin there but it doesn't make a difference.
I noticed a few black speckles that look like the pore is clogged with soot (its flat, not raised). He won't let me within 100 yards and I'm not sure what to do with them. His arms aren't itchy or red/sore.
