what it says above - noticed a couple of weeks ago that my 18 month old DD has a pimply rash on thighs and upper arms. Doesn't seem to bother and she's healthy otherwise.
Was wondering if anyone had this before? She's not had new foods - maybe it's a new detergent or bath bubbles... Is it worth putting on some Sudocrem or...?
