Strange shaped rib cage

Hi my tall 6 year old has a strange shaped rib cage. I noticed it over the last 6 months. Compared to my sons it really sticks out one side to the front then the other side is much lower . I really notice it when I put my hand on her chest. She is rather skinny so I guess I notice it a lot. My sister has scoliosis so I bit concerned. DD has a straight back bone. I will take her to the doctors but just wondered if anyone else's children have wonky shaped chests?

Get it checked out by the doc

I have a lopsided rib cage though. The lower few of my ribs sticks out almost at a right angle, with the left side being more sticky-out than the right

I have no spinal problems

I have one, I was quite old when I realised. You would only notice when I lie flat on my back one side humps up and the other down. Never even suffered pain in pregnancy from it.

My sister has it slightly more pronounce but also a curve to the spine which means her pelvis is a little wonky. Slight limp, no issues but would have been good to correct when young.
