Cold symptoms with vomiting? Please help

Hi, my 21 month old has a cold since yesterday, he's being very tired and had a stuffy nose however I have just tried to get him to eat some toast as he won't eat, he managed a little bit then just vomited all over my partner. Any suggestions what it could be? Dp has taken him to the walk in centre but I've had to stay behind with ds1 as dinner is cooking. Just a bit worried about him.

Seems a bit of an overreaction to go to Walk In tbh. Lots of viruses present in that way and the phlegm build up may have affected his appetite and made him throw up. As long as he is not dehydrated (try sips of water or rehydration fluid through a straw) or out of it , it will probably run its course with some rest , tlc and Calpol/Nurofen if he has aches or temp.

Maybe a bit of an over reaction but better safe than sorry, turned out he had a chest infection and we were given antibiotics.
