we're on holiday, no Calpol, pharmacy closed, DS has had headache for few hours (he gets them from time to time) all I have is paracetamol 500 mg tablets. Can I break one up to give him? Google searches only refer to the suspension, its the same stuff right? just worried about quantities.

How old is he? I give dd half a 500 mg tablet, crushed and she is 8. Doctor told me to do this as she won't take the flavoured liquid type. It is the same but you need to look at what the dosage is for a child of your ds age.
