One of his upper side teeth, went to dentist last week as he was in pain, which went away and x-ray showed adult teeth coming through, now home from school and freaking in pain as tooth half on and half out. He's had nuforen, he's got an ice pack on it, kids Bonjela on it's way.
He wants me to pull it out as he can't eat, he's never been so dramatic and sweary.
Any other ideas?
