Sleep Apnea and Scoliosis

Took 17 month DD to doctors today for poor sleep, cough and lack of growth and came out with a referral for a sleep apnea assessment amd xrays on her chest and spine.

Anyone gone through similar?

Any advise?

Nothing specific to children I'm afraid but my mum has.... poor sleep, a cough, and scoliosis. Did your GP think your DD did have visible signs of scoliosis, then? Hope you not too worried. There are things they can do to correct scoliosis, if it is that, and it doesn't always involve surgery IIRC.

It's good you have a GP who is not fobbing you off. Hopefully the refrrrsl will come through quickly for you.
