6mo hits face when asleep

My 6mo, hits herself in the face/rubs eyes/nose and wakes herself up! Can be every half an hour which is very frustrating. I've tried teething gel in case that was it, she has a history of reflux, could this be involved? I don't want to have to go back to swaddling. Anyone any experience of this? I'm soooo tired

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Have you tried little mittens or socks on her hands?
Also, could the room be dusty and causing a bit of a reaction? (no disservice to your house hygiene!)

I'll try hoovering, hasn't thought of that, she flails her arms about so I'm not sure mittens would work

If she has a cold starting - and her sinuses hurt they'll feel worse when she lies down. Its the only other thing I can think of. Hope someone more helpful comes along.
