Dd had a vomitting bug about 3 weeks ago...then dh and both got it and now dd has it again. She can't even keep water down, vomits I straight back up an is now vomitting bile and has dry nappies. This has been going on about 24 hrs now.
Should I be concerned or is this relatively common for toddlers to keep getting ill? She always seems to have a cold, cough or vomitting.
