Gagging & vomiting while eating

My 16month old daughter will occasionally vomit while eating her dinner. It does not seem to bother her and will happily go back to eating a few minutes later. It does not happen regularly or seem to hurt her but I find it worrying. HAs any one else experienced this?

My ds2 does this, he cannot tolerate large amounts of food at all and will gag even on smooth purees (he is 12 months).

He often vomits the whole meal back up. Gp told us it is reflux and that he will grow out of it (at some point).

Dd still does this occasionally at 2, it's reflux.

This occasionally happens to me. I'm 31, and have a condition called eosinophilic oesophagitis. Food gets stuck, I gag, and if I'm lucky can vomit it back up. If I'm not lucky I end up in A&E with an IV muscle relaxant until I do vomit it back up.

Just throwing it out there in case it's something more complicated than reflux. I don't know how early EO can present.
