After a Chest Infection.....

My 4 yo DD has just got over a chest infection, stopped anti-biotics yesterday but, to me, looks incredibly pale, almost grey.

She's never had a chest infection before, is this paleness par for,the course?

It certainly is with DS, whenever his chest is bad he has no colour for a week or 2. Is she ok otherwise?

Yes, apart from her colour, she seems back to normal.

I was wondering if there's any specific foods or vitamins I could give her to help bring back her rosy glow, or is it just a matter of sitting it out?
