don't think its milk spots

My baby has got spots similar to goose bumps, but redder, all over his body. He also seems to have a heavy cold, temperature and upset tummy. Dr says its milk spots not measles. He is 7 wks now and they are starting to go slowly but his skin looks very angry and sore now and he still seems to have a heavy cold. This is week 4 now.
Any ideas?

Doesn't sound like milk spots to me. Probs my viral rash of some kind. I'd take him back to gp to be honest. At that she they haven't had first vaccinations yet and are very succeptable. Sure it's nothing but you would need say so of a dr for calpol anyway given he's not two months yet. Hope he's better soon
