My 2.5 year old has had a sort of rash on some areas of his face for a couple of weeks now. It just looks like flat pink-ish spots - a bit like an eczema rash, but he hasn't got eczema anywhere else. It's not all over - it started around one eye (mainly under the eye, with a coupe of spots on his eyelid), but is now also down one side of his nose, and is also starting around the other eye. He's been a bit under the weather over the same period - cold-y symptoms, plus he had a mini-virus with fever for 24 hours - but nothing terribly significant. It definitely doesn't look like a specific 'disease rash' like chicken pox or measles. Could he just be run down? Anyone had anything similar?
