I have googled this and it seems either a UTI or he has scratched it.
Anything I can do until I get him to a doctor. New to this area and he has not been registered so not sure if we will be seen!

You need him seen asap. UTI's can turn nasty fast and he could end up in severe pain.

Phone NHS direct and explain your problem...they will find you a local walk in centre.
