Lumps in groin after chicken pox

My 6 year old nephew is getting over chicken pox and has, this morning, got a line of little lumps in his groin. Do you think this is swollen glands or shall I get them checked out?

It sounds like swollen lymph glands from fighting the chicken pox...make sure they're not painful and give it a 5 days to a week to see if they go down.
